Calling everyday and not willing 2 assist customer

So upset with this company...I was retrenched therefore I couldn't pay the Ampath account. Even though I have sent my retrenchment letter and the affidavit they requested I still get their sms and phone calls.I am still unemployed but they keep insisting I make an arrangement. How can I make an arrangement without an income. surely that will be irresponsible of me. Another thing is it will give them more reason to keep calling day and night when I have not owned the payment. <br> Another thing I want to know is How does the outstanding balance on accounts double up with 5 months, from R1200 - R2500. Surely that is ridiculous considering the person couldn't pay the initial amount owed. They claim every time they make contact it increases the account, Calling me every week in ridiculous especially after I had said I will notify you when I get employment. My question is why do you continue to make contact when I have informed you that I have been retrenched. lastly stop threatening people by saying you will list them on ITC. If people had money they will owner their debt. calling me day and night will not make me get money to pay you. Stop it
