Absolute Harrassment!

This company needs to train their staff. Andriesa Steenkamp has been harrassing me for over a year now after telling her on several occasions that i have laid a complaint with the hospital and Discovery Health regarding my car accident in 2020 September. After telling her to stop calling me she told me that she wont stop calling me and started shouting and screaming at me till i hung up. This company is violating my rights as i have never given them permission to harrass me in this manner. The tone used on calls is absolutely the worst, there is no telephone etiquette at all. this is unacceptable and against the POPIA Act.
