Please don't hire LexMed Debt Collectors if you care about poor vulnerable South Africans

One of LexMed's debt collectors last week made insensitive personal comments about me in her phone call to me. I complained to the company. A supervisor called Hettie Swart (in Cape Town) wrote back saying he listened to the recording I am lying I SHOULD MAKE A PAYMENT PLAN. I have asked for a recording instead they just continue to send messages of threat with summons. Let all caring ubuntu South African companies not hire LexMed so we help our President Ramaphosa and Mr Mkhize manage suffering of South Africans at hand of unprofessional debt collectors. Our Minister has expressed fears of how mental health after COVID-19 will get worse. With this comes suicides, home violence etc. There should be better options out there.
