LEXMED TERRIBLE...RUDE CALLER!!!

HORRIBLE TELEPHONE ETTIQUETE!!!! I received a call from this lady claiming that i have an outstanding Dr's bill from 2018 which my medical aid hasnt paid...how is that possible when i have been going to that specific Dr all the time even this year and no one ever mentioned this outstanding bill to me? The lady was EXTREMELY rude!!!! She made me sound like sort of a ******** who doesnt pay their bills. Her words "Mam you have an outstanding Dr's bill from 2018 whats going on with you? Why havent you paid? I went on to explain to hwr that I know nothing about this and its the first time im hearing lf this. Then she went on to tell me that I have changed my cell number which is untrue as I have been using this number for more than 10 years. She is so rude im so annoyed.
