Lexmed refuses my refund and ignore you!

Lexmed ignore all my mail communication. The claim I'm handed over for was NEVER submitted to my medical aid and now that it had been paid by my medical aid, they won't refund me!!!!!! I've asked for management to call me and they never respond. They are unprofessional and extremely horrible to deal with or try sort things out.
