Lexmed is very rude, insensitive, selfish and unprofessional

Lexmed is a selfish and very unprofessionl outfit. They expect me to pay interest and yet they had a wrong email address and were sending my statement to a wrong account. In that while, they never bothered to find out whether I had received the statement or not. I have asked them to bill me for the time that they had established my correct email address but alas, they are refusing. My daughter was admitted at N1 City Netcare. My medical aid paid part of the bill and N1City Netcare never bothered to advise me of the shortfall. Instead they gave my details to Lexmed of which the hospital misspelt my email address. I have tried telling Lexmed to sort the issue out with N1 City NetCare but alas, it falls on deaf ears. Lufuno from Lexmed is very unprofessional and very riude in communicating with clients and i do not appreciate that.
