Lexmed bad service

Lexmed handed me over with no communication of a mweb account I phoned both companies and mweb told me to pay them directly. So I did IT TOOK ME 2 WEEKS OF STRESS TO GET THE PAID UP LETTER FROM MWEB. meantime Lexmed was putting me under duress to pay their costs after I settled the account directly to mweb cause I was told to do so. Lexmed stuffed up my credit score and now no one wants to assist me with any communication not Mweb or Lexmed so that I can restore my credit profile. Even with the paid up letter from Mweb, Lexmed handed me over and their number is different from mweb. I am so sick and tired of this **** show its not funny anymore. Took me 200 emails and ombudsman and what have you just to get a paid up letter from mweb and still I can't do anything with it to restore my credit cause lexmed is the company that handed me over.
