Hi hellopeter i have problem with LexMEd they started sending messages o my wifes phone stating that am owing G.P dr manyane i must an amount of R445 early this year think was January then i went to the doctors practitioner office to get clarity then the lady on the reception said she cant find anything about my outstanding payment on their system everything is upto date,then she advice me to communicate with LedMed i send them email this week monday also proof of what am i owing shows that one of my med scheme did not pay one consultant for my younger sisters consultation for about 2 to 3 years ago i even canceled that infinity scheme so now i agreed to settle the amount of which is now R604 then this morning i send that money then send proof to them now they send another email says outstanding balance is R668 so this guys take advantage of me i send the proof they say they haven't recieved any money from me. Please hellopeter assist on that regards
