Harassment for **** bills

I'm getting borderline stalked by extremely rude employees for a non-existent medical bill. The procedure they mention never happened to me, even though they somehow have all my personal information. When talking to a manager they are even more rude and condescending, threatening all sorts of ******* action against you. I have contacted the doctor's office myself and confirmed with them that they are no outstanding bills on my name, so I can only assume Lexmed works with ****mers or are ****mers themselves. On top of that, Lexmed has been sending the **** invoice with all my personal details to the wrong email address for the longest time until one respresentative told me the email address on file. The name and surname in that address is not even remotely the same as my name.
