Common courtesy does not prevail

It shouldn’t shock me anymore that companies only hound you for funds and once paid, they don’t complete their end of the agreement. I though responding to an email is common courtesy but I guess that is not true. One literally has to beg for a response or any help.

Neither does this company nor the company that contracted them to recover the debt respond to any emails. It is an uphill battle to have credit bureau sorted once payments are made and no one is taking responsibility for that.

I clearly have nothing better to do daily than to follow up with companies to ensure they actually do their work.
