Bad service no listening skills. its all about money

This company do not listen to you at all, I was actually handed over by Dr who billed wrong codes. I kept telling Florence Maluleka that I don't owe the Dr she must tell her to send her the correct statement the I couldn't find the receipts of the payments that I made to Drs rooms but luckily I used my card every time I went to consult there. Florence has been threatening me the whole year for the money I know nothing about, she will dispute receiving my emails, telling me she will call me back, when she does call me back its after 3 months and we starting the story from scratch. People make mistakes all the time but learn to listen, is a skill. Its not always about money. It took her a year to actually see my porof of payment that i have been telling her about over and over again.
