Sick bunch of people. Dept for a surgery in 2015 been paying loyally since I got a job, only to learn they have been charging me R20 per email/statement and R2.80 per call or SMS WITH NO KNOWLEDGE. NOT ONCE DID THEY DISCLOSE THIS. They have charged me almost a third of what I've paid on admin fees. Sick sick sick. That's not a business that day light *******.
