Call centre dissappear

I have been using Lexmark products for some time. I bought a printer and the warrenty time was due to expire this month (August 2017) On phoning the call centre it does not exist anymore, Trying to get hold of a South African number for this company is a nightmare. I have been trying for 2 weeks. What to do now with this broken equipment????? If there is no service in SA anymore, STAY AWAY!!!!
