Brand new cartridges do not work
I bought two brand new authentic Lexmark cartridges, 100 XL FOR printer S305 series. Neither of the cartridge are picked up by the printer, BLACK CARTRIDGE MISSING is all it says. There is no expiry date on the cartridges, to give any indication that they might have expired, as the shop where I bought them from suggested. They did not want to replace or refund the products either, not their problem!! I bought a cheaper generic cartridge, just to figure out what the problem could be, and it worked perfectly! <br> <br> WHAT TO DO WITH BRAND NEW CARTIDGES THAT COST A FORTUNE, AND HAVE TO BE WASTED!!! Lexmark really sells ****... I am extremely disappointed!!!
