Automated Support Line Offers Zero Assistance

I have being trying to log a service for a technician to come out and look at my pc but am unable to get through on their service support line. I have a Lexmark Prevail Pro707 which has decided to stop printing in black all together. I have followed all the online assistance including cleaning the printhead and updating the firmware with no success. As I am out of my warranty period I have no problem paying for a technician to come out, as long as my printer works again.
