Worst online bookshop in South Africa

I ordered a book from LexisNexis on the 13th of February and received e-mail confirmation of my order with an order number. On Friday17 February I phoned to inquire about the delivery of the book to my son at university in Potchefstroom. At first the order could not be found and I was requested to send LexisNexis their order confirmation which I immediately did. I received a new reference number from Sanjay Kissoon. On Monday I phoned again and again the order could not be found with the new reference number. After about 5 minutes of holding the line the order was found and I was told that it would be dispatched on Monday. I again received a new reference number. Today I phoned again to inquire about the delivery of the order as it still had not reached my son. After giving them the new reference number they again could not find my order and I had to stay on the line for another 5+ minutes for the agent, Pearl, to look for the order who after a long wait informed me that the book was dispatched only today. When I asked for a tracking number to track the parcel she was unable to provide me with a tracking number and undertook to get me a tracking number and phone me back and again gave me a new reference number. That was at 12H00. At 15H00 I still had not received a callback from Pearl and I called again. Providing the reference number which again could not be found on the system. After a long time on the phone the order was found but no tracking number could still be provided and I was again promised to be phoned back with a tracking number before the end of the day. It is now 18H00 and I am still waiting for a tracking number and confirmation that the book was actually dispatched. You can see that by now I am out of solutions to get this book to my son in Potchefstroom which was already paid for on Monday 13 February.
