Unresponsive and disinterested
I emailed LexisNexis 5 days ago requesting a trial of their online Financial Planners Handbook, but all I received was an email with a catalog for tax books, so I phoned and was told by Nicole that they are still working on it and might only get an answer by monday! This is not service people!
