UNIVERSITY TEXTBOOK STILL UNDELIVERED

I purchased an e-book from one of the bookstores around the University of Pretoria, Wizebooks. I had to give them my e-mail address, so they could contact me and send me the link for downloading it. One of the tellers, had made a mistake with my e-mail address, I then had to correct it so I can be on their(Lexisnexis) system. LexisNexis said that I would receive the link two weeks after purchase. After the two weeks had passed, I had still not yet received the link. I sent an e-mail directly to one of the people of Lexisnexis and he said they would look into their database for my details. A week later, I still hadn't received the link. I recently sent another e-mail about the inquiry of the e-book and there was no response.
