Pathetic Service
I ordered a textbook online on 22 Feb 2019. today is 14/03/2019. and it only got delivered today. I have been calling them continuously to query on the delivery. Initially my order was suspended as they confused my order with another customer number. they suspended my order stating that I have an arrear payment due. I had paid the full amount on 22/02. and there was no outstanding amount from my side. everytime I called they told me it was being shipped. my tests start on 28 March, and only now can I start studying. Pathetic terrible service!!!
