Order still not received

I'm currently enrolled at the University of the Free State for my CFP postgrad. I place an order for the financial planning handbook on the 10th of February, of which I got I got an email from Melanie stating that the CVV & card number were invalid. Emailed her back on the 13th, giving her the correct details. A payment of R1456.32 went of my card. On the 20th I mailed her again to advise how long would I still have to wait for my order, of which she advised that there was a delay on my order & that she would process it & she said it would take 2 to 3 working days. It is the 26th today & I still have not received my order. This is by far thee most pathetic service I have ever received. Do me a favour & give me back my money as it clearly seems like I'm not going to get my books. This is just pathetic & an unnecessary delay for me & my studies. Very inconsiderate
