Order not received in a month, customer service slow and uphelpful

<p>I placed an order for a book on income tax on the 7th of May. I payed for my order online and have still to receive my book. On the 23rd of May I sent Lexisnexis an email requesting the progress of my order. I received an email saying that my book was at the couriers and was given a tracking number. When I tryed to track my order, the website would not recognise the tracking order. I emailed (I prefer email as it leaves a correspondence trail) them again on the 27th of May regarding the tracking number and asking if I would ever receive my book. I received no response and emailed them again asking for a refund on the 2nd of June. I have still not received a response a day later. It is very hard not to think that they have ****** my money or are too busy to provide good customer service to the "little guy". Very very dissappointed and will not be ordering any thing from them again. </p>
