Non existent service/ Poor service Lexis Convey this company needs to close its doors for good!!!!
We are buying a property in St Lucia Mtubatuba Natal South Africa The attorney has app**** for clearance certificates via Lexis Convey in December 2020. Its 19 January 2022, still no numbers, still nothing. Contacting Lexis Convey to try and see what the hick up is and where it is, was fruitless. Lexis Convey advised that matter be escalated, which has been done by the attorney? So how long do we need to wait? We are clearly not getting a proper service! Does Lexis want bribe money? This is the only way, things get done in South Africa.
We did not request financial info or personal information as we have it already. we just wanted to know, where the "problems are" and what needs to be done to overcome these problems.
