No delivery but loads of excuses

I ordered a book from them on 31 July 2017 and got an email with an order number. By 11 August 2017 I had heard nothing further from them so I did an enquiry. First I was told that they could not pick up my order on their system and then I was told they found the order but that due to stocktake they could not send the book.

On Tuesday 15 August 2017 I got another order confirmation but still no tracking number. When I again enquired as to my order on Friday 18 August 2017 I was told "It is in the processed of getting release from the warehouse."

It takes a supposedly reputable organisation like Nexislexis 18 days to "release an order" from the warehouse? This is beyond unacceptable.
