I had an issue of an ebook download from Lexis Nexis, where the book I paid for was not the book that was downloaded. It took three weeks to have the Company either download the correct book I needed or refund me the monies I paid. Ramone was the consultant that started replying to me after I had listed the unresolved issue on HelloPeter. In the next week after I had listed the company, Ramone had requested a refund and they also took note of having the book removed as it is no longer available to purchase. The refund appeared back in my account on Sunday the 15th of August 21. Thank you Ramone for assisting me in this, its a #WIN situation.
