LexisNexis Fiasco

<p>I wanted to buy a textbook from Van Schaiks in Port Elizabeth, but the textbook was sold out.</p> <p>I urgently needed the textbook and did an internet search and saw that I could purchase the textbook from the LexisNexis Online Store. I had to register online to open an account to buy the textbook. I gave the usual information: address, telephone number, email address and credit card details. A day later I received an email from a third party in Pretoria who had received a confirmation email that my order has been processed. LexisNexis had changed my postal address, email address and customer information. I ordered in my personal capacity and saved my Port Elizabeth contact details on their website when I registered. Now my postal address is that of a company in Johannesburg. I have sent three emails to ********** but no one has even bothered to reply. </p> <p> </p>
