Lexis Nexis SA

The dangers of having/running a monopoly is clearly reflected in the poor admin of Lexis Nexis. I have noticed the number of complaints on the Hello Peter site and support their (LN) total lack of ability to just distribute what others write/prepare. No communication as to why they don't keep to their mandate. This is a good example of why mission and vision statements means absolutely nothing. Why not just say that our mission is to frustrate the living daylights out of our clients/customers/users and so be it. Expect nothing and then if you get something you should be thankful. Sounds more and more like the way SOE's are run in SA. The example set by government is what businesses are following.
