Lexis Nexis is one of the worst companies to deal with in South Africa

We ordered a Financial Planning Handbook and Financial Calculations book on 3 February 2020 - 2 weeks ago. We still haven't received the books and we still don't know where they are. The only thing we know is that, instead of sending the books to the address we provided to Kyle at KnP Logistics, it sounds like it was send VIA THE POST OFFICE!!!! But, we're still not sure as nobody can say for sure and it sounds like they are trying to move the sale to different people. By the way - we just found out that they can't find the order anymore and can only find an order for a Occupational Health and Safety book - we have never placed such an order. Lexis Nexis, you do not deserve to exist. It looks like Lexis Nexis employees operate like Vodacom's employees. They mess up orders so that the orders can be redone, but assigned to a different employee. We are financial advisers and deal with many companies every day. Service in South Africa nowadays is atrocious everywhere (except Allan Gray) but Lexis Nexis is definitely at the top of our worst-of-the-worst list.
