Faulty Online Payment system

<p>I requested a property report upon payment there was a system error message. I then had to try the second time, upon completion of the payment, to my surprise I got 2 reports. When I checked my bank statement, my account has been debited twice.</p> <p>Upon sending an online contact form, there's also an system error which blocks sending a complaint.</p> <p>I'd like a refund, I cannot pay twice for the same report.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
