Sprains and Fracture after parlour visit

I AM GIVING THEM A VOICE TODAY??

I am posting this so that no owner or four-legged baby out there has to go through this!

This is how I got my Buttons and Lilly back from Lexi's K-9 Kuts in Sonstraal yesterday! Buttons a sprained ankle and Lilly a SEVERE sprain and possible fracture! My heart is broken to pieces! I trusted the establishment in good faith and they have sent my babies back so sore and so broken! They dismissed this as nothing and said the vet is “talking nonsense” about the possible causes of injury at the parlor!

The facts: ?Why both their little right ankles? So strange ?Why were they at the establishment for 4 hours? When I call they had to run upstairs and then claims the owner was with them all the time!

And then they have the audacity to blame this on my husband and I, saying we did it? my four legged kids are the world to me!

I now have to see how they limp about and how Lilly grinds her teeth at night and she has that fear back in her eyes from when we first adopted her!

Once again, this is to give awareness to every four-legged child and their moms and dads out there! Give them a voice!
