Pathetic service

3 Months ago I ordered a dress for my wife form Lexi May beauty. I was hoping that it would be delivered like numerous other online shops, that same week. To my surprise after I asked them 2 weeks later when my package will arrive I got a Chinese post tracking number. Nowhere on their site did it say that it had to be imported. It is now 3 months later and I still have nothing to show. Two weeks back I have asked for a refund which they promised would be paid over the same day. It is now 2 weeks later and still no refund, they also started ignoring my messages. I would really avoid dealing with at all costs in future.
