Lexcorp - tardiness and disinterest

A bona fida legal claim through Nedbank (again) and their agents, Lexcorp despite numerous emails (including the email address advertised on their website) - and almost 60 days later they have not yet paid out - they have been sitting with and on the money since May of this year. They procrastinate endlessly and are totally disinterested! The apathy in the service industries in this country is appalling!
