Legitimate company operating illegitimately
I booked and paid for a training workshop designed for corporate communications professionals. The company postponed the workshop initially to a future date that had not been decided. I requested a refund but since it was postponed, I was told that a refund could not be granted. A few months later I received an email with a new date. A few days before the new workshop date I got an email from the company saying the event is now canceled and that I have received a voucher to use at any of their future workshops, valid for 1 year. I've tried to get hold of the company but all numbers in the emails and on their website either go to unavailable, the number does not exist or no one answers.
