Lewis Tsakane mall

Lewis Tsakane mall manager her name is Lulu she doesn't know how to speak to the customers she's got an stinking attitude towards elderly people she is rude no respect at all I'm posting this on behalf of my mother she bought plazma and plazma stand months ago she is still paying them so the TV is at fault she told them 3 days ago the said they will send a driver to collect it they didn't do that. She went today again lulu the so called Manger she was rude to telling her that the must not think she is the only customer why didn't she bring the TV her self because now she is making noice. I don't know if it is the way the manager should speak to the customer I don't think she is fit to be there at all she totally doesn't knw customers service I'm very disappointed.
