You might as well close Lewis Dobsonville branch! Rude staff

This branch doesn’t even deserve a single star. We had the worst experience ever! Firstly from the consultant and then the manager. They refused to assist my grandmother because she couldn’t “recall where she opened her account “. We explained that she has dementia and she doesn’t even live in her old house. They then went on to request a branch code! I tried giving them references numbers on the receipts but that wasn’t enough. They concluded that they can not assist . We persisted until that lady (consultant) said she can “try” search using her ID number!!! We were informed that we over paid the account and the branch that she opened her account is now closed. We requested a refund and they said she has to go to the branch where opened her account after literally telling us that the branch is closed. I requested to speak to the manager and the manager bluntly said “angingeni ndawo lapho” meaning she has no interest none whatsoever in our situation. What kind of nonsensical people are in this branch? They can’t even assist the elderly, they are rude and go on as if they are doing us a favour!! Worst service ever!!! The staff isn’t even wearing name tags and refused to give me their names.

We want the refund and cut ties with this *********** company.
