YOU CAN BUY......OH SORRY NOT!!

I recently app**** for credit with Lewis Stores. I received an sms that I have been approved, so all excited I went into the Meyerton Branch to apply. Selina is the lady that assisted me. Nothing came from my app. Then I was contacted by Selina again asking if I would be interested in buying so the answer was yes please. 2 months have passed and she does not get back to me. I tried calling Head Office but the phone eats all my airtime and the matter is not resolved. Could it be so difficult if I showed the sms to say I was able to buy something. I have been a Lewis customer in the past but the service has really gone to nothing if this is the way customers are treated.... Selina could not even call me or answer my text. Lewis has how many consultants who could have assisted me should she have been unable. She even humoured me and said it takes about a week or so for Head Office. Really?? I did not know 1 week has 31 days!!!!
