wrong and misguiding information.

This is ridiculous. Lewis at Vosloorus Branch has given misleading information regarding my first debit order date. I have been Mia inconvenienced and also have been give incorrect deduction dates. This is the most ridiculous service ever received from a service provider at Lewis. The accounts manager confirmed that my first premium deduction is on the 25 August and now I’m being told it was supposed to be the 25 July. Now I’m being told I must make arrangements for payments and none of the accounts department consultant wants to take ownership of the error they have caused. I will never recommend anyone to shop at a Lewis store as they mislead and misguide customers.
