wrng bed nd over paid acount

Hi I bought bed for 6999 bed hurts back they said gona repalce it I bought it in 2014 desem they still didn't slove or rplace then bought freezer told them dnt deliver I'm pay cash they deliver I go to them a few weeks or days later wen I got time to go in then did paper wrk then I wanted to pay all up I paid for bed the price I was surpose to freezer was 2300 bt paid 5500 for it I'm questioning it bt still no reply or responce from them mneger always out or busy I phne her nw bout 20min ago nd was told yes its at head office how long mst I still wait b4 they resolve it I've got slip I paid 13k for everthing so I need help plz its been to long nw bt I keep get msg bout the credit I cn buy on I dnt want nothing ti do wit lewis no more jst want to resolve nd take my bisnes elsewhere ***.
