Worst service ever

I did an enquiry yesterday for credit with the store or lay by. One of the consultants called me today I told her I was unable to take the call and she can call back at 12:30. She then calls me at 17:30 i was attending a meeting and asked why she did not call at the requested time she then advised me that she had another call back and why can I not take her call now and began to be extremely rude and disrespectful and hung up while I was still calling. I then called then number back and the person that answered advised the manager is busy and cannot take my call I asked her when will the manager be available she said she don't know with an attitude I then told her no problem I will write my review on hello Peter of which she responded and said no problem I should do that. They level of customer service is extremely disgusting. If you don't like your job do another job don't be rude or disrespectful it is your job you not doing me a favour you getting paid for working. Extremely disgusting please remove me from your data base as I am no longer interested and remember word of mouth is the most important in a business I would never refer or recommend anyone to you guys.
