Worst service ever at Lewis Store

I was offered credit after everything was signed I had to do a telephone interview with head office where they suddenly had an issue with the amounts being paid into my account. Which was over R30 000 a month. So I went there to cancel the whole transaction. They promised me at Lewis Pta North that the debit order will not go off from my account end of April 2025. To my suprise I receive an sms from my bank this morning, Lewis took a debit order off from my account. No I am struggling to get my money back from them.
