Worst service ever!!!

I would like to voice my frustration for the assistance received by Lewis Eldorado Park, my father who is a pensioner bought a TV in 2021, there was a month where a payment was missed and the representative called for collection and literally told my father that if he cannot afford it he must bring it back (**************) I then took it upon myself to go and pay the TV off cash, now fast forward to 2024 the TV is still under warranty it has 3 years warranty and an additional 1 year, the screen cracked and I called on behalf of my father, and the representative stated that they cannot assist with fixing or replacing the screen as it is not a technical fault, I mean my parents are old the pension is not enough due to cost of living and this is the response, I am appalled at the service we received since the inception, the screen makes up the entire TV what type of service is this, how is this meeting ur consumer's needs, this is terrible service, I will never encourage anyone to do business with Lewis. How do you treat elderly people this way!!! The manager just said sorry when the representative was rude and degrading us. This is not customer service, everyone complains about the same thing here!!!!
