Worst service ever

The worst company to buy from, I personally would advise people young or old not to buy from this store, credit or cash. I purchased a wardrobe, Microwave and a fridge from the store in Randburg Johannesburg in July, the fridge worked for 2weeks it started with its own nonsense, my husband and I reported the issue. The fridge wasn't working the end of June till July from the time we reported, finally they bring the fridge on the 10th August and demands a payment for the previous month, because it was short notice AFTER we FINALLY received the fridge we agreed they may double debit. On the 20Th August they send people to come fetch the appliances, we went to the branch requested we speak to the manager they put us through the rudest ,*****y manager something called Mooira,this manager didn't even care that the fridge hasn't been working,we agreed for the to come take their appliances and refund our deposit,my husband waited over 2hours at the store cause there wasn't enough money to provide us the refund... South Africa know your rights as a customer,these people are going to suck u dry, and just delay ur plans...do not go for them as an option..
