Worst service ever

<p>First the advert of "same day delivery" should be remove to "when we want to deliver it". Yesterday around 11:45 my mom bought furniture at Lewis Upington in Scott street on contract number ********** 27106 whereby the consultant promise that the goods will be dispatch same day.I rush home to wait for delivery till now.So I took the iniation to contact the consultant Gollie Freeman on ********** 185 by the known name this morning around 09:30 am and was promise that he will dispatch the vehicle right away. I told him that I am on my way out and arrange with him to schedule it between 13:00 & 14:00 and was promise to do so.At 14:00 I called him again where he stated that the vehicle is on his way and we are the only consignee that should be delivered today. It is 16:15 now and still no delivery. Colleagues of mine has asked me about your service, what do you expect me to tell them?</p>
