Worst service ever!!

I have had my washing machine repaired several times in the last 3 months uppon lewis drivers loading my machine they scratch it with their webbing and afterwards tell me that it was me. My machine keeps getting repaired and everytime it breaks again 2 or 3 days later. My machine is now booked again for the 5th time and still they are not helping me. Lewis furniture is verry bad quality and the staff is absolutely lazy and not attending to customer.
