Worst Service Delivery!

Lewis store in Margate, doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. This store is by far the most *********** store on the coast.

I have been waiting for someone to come and fix my dressing table drawers since September, today marks the 3rd month and my drawers are still broken.

As of the very 1st day they assembled these drawers, they cracked my mirror and didn’t even bother to fix it, I had to go in store to ask what’s taking them so long to replace my mirror, turns out they people installing the furniture didn’t even make mention of what happened. They took that drawer with the broken mirror and bought me a new one but this 1 gave me problems, as It was always jamming the two other drawers and I was struggling to open and close them properly.

I went back in store and told them about this and asked if someone could have it fixed. I have been waiting for 3 full months, I’ve been calling them non stop and they keep telling me someone will come, I got fed up waiting on them and went in store last month, it was a Saturday, spoke to the manage and she assured me that someone will come on the Monday and that she will call me, I waited for 2 weeks no phone call and decided to go back and speak to her directly and hold her to her words.

She then asked if they can attend to this, they came to my house left with the problem drawer and I wanted yet another 3 weeks no word from them, my things are upside down and I have no where to put them, I went there this morning and the lady that I’ve been speaking to was off (the manger, don’t know what her name is) the MOD said she will send someone to attend to this.

I just got home and guess what, my drawers are still broken. I regret ever opening an account with Lewis and will definitely escalate this matter further!
