Worst service

My mom just bought a bed from Lewis (Louis Trichardt, Limpopo) and when it was delivered, it looked so old. She asked them to collect and deliver a new bed, they agreed that they will collect the old bed and deliver a new bed.. well, she’s still waiting, there’s been no communication whatsoever from Lewis. This is frustrating cz this is not the first first something like this happened. Honestly I always get the poorest of service at that store.
