Worst service by far Lewis Somerset West

I bought a bed from Lewis and paid them cash expecting this bed to be a decent bed . My expectations were high as I bought it with a 3 yr guarantee. Not even a year has passed and I've been experiencing the worst bed I have bought so far . Spoke to the manager on the phone and she didn't sound very friendly sounded more as if I was bothering her. This was the third time I called the store and finally got hold of her after being promised she'd get back to me blaming it on suppliers I haven't heard from her since. I work in retail aswell and know as u good employee you follow up with suppliers you do not leave a customer waiting and uninformed. Upon checking the bed I paid almost 4k for the frame under the material looked like it was made out if off cut wood I wouldn't recommend anyone buying from Lewis or trusting there staff you do not sell garbage to a customer I could literally press the wood and and it would crumble with my finger. Lewis Somerset West please train your staff on customer service especially the manager who needs to lead by example
