Worst quality ever Proline

Hi I bought the proline laptop bundle from Lewis February 2023 at Ermelo Mpumalanga, worst quality ever. I had problems since day one I once sent it in for them to check to it out it was not charging went to buy a new charger only worked for 3 weeks and now it not charging again I have my second semester assignments due and no laptop which is the reason why I opened an account to buy laptop... But I'm paying my account on time.. the space button not working right, the screen freezes and goes blank sometimes, the charger is not working even the the new one i got it no longer working
