Worst Company to ever exist!!!

Lewis stores is the most horrible company I've ever had to deal with. Been requesting an updated statement for months now and their regional branches are useless. Total payment made to my account don't reflect against the outstanding balance and whenever your try to call them they are never available nor do they have the decency to return your calls. I've been paying my account regularly but the balances don't correspond! I regret ever walking into that store!
