Worst Acting Manager

I received a sms tell me to pay my account now. But I get paid on the 24th. I spoke to acting manager Luyanda from Lewis Furniture Stores Boksburg in Commissioner street. He treated me with such disrespect and was so unhelpful that I recommend that no one in South Africa should buy from them. As they no nothing about customer service and kept calling me Mr. Brandon by my first name instead of Mr. Watt. Luyanda ran away to another desk and refused to help me. Appointing this guy as acting manager is the worst mistake they could of ever made as he doesn't know how to deal with conflict. I request that he is never again given the opportunity to work as Management. Kind regards Brandon Watt
