Worse company ever affecting credit rating when they updating debit orders incorrectly!!!!

The worse company ever!!!!!! Since I started with them my debits went off every month on the correct date I checked my credit profile and it shows a missed payment this problem has been going on for months which stressed me out and even now sitting at work and stressing for something that's being made every month on time!!!! I've had numerous promises that this has been sorted but still it's affecting my credit rating I would not recommend them to anyone worse company I've ever dealt with!!!!
